Kindly note that to initiate withdrawals for unsupported / delisted tokens, a withdrawal fee equivalent to 25 USD worth of each respective token will be imposed for every token withdrawal. Please contact us by sending an email to support@hkvaex.hk using your registered email address to include the following information:
- Name of the delisted token you plan to withdraw
- Your User ID
- Network and Wallet Address where you aim to receive the delisted token
We will contact you within 5 business days to verify the instruction and relevant details.
