We are making several adjustments to our platform to ensure a fair and competitive trading environment. Please review the following essential service updates:
1. Token Delisting and Trading Pair Suspension
HKVAEX will delist the following tokens:
· Avalanche (AVAX)
· Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
· Chainlink (LINK)
· Litecoin (LTC)
· Polkadot (DOT)
The delisting process for these tokens will proceed as follows:
(1) Deposit suspension: We will suspend deposits for these tokens starting at 20:00 (UTC +8) on August 3, 2023. Deposits of these tokens will not be processed after this time.
(2) Trading pair suspension and removal: We will suspend and remove the following trading pairs at 20:00 (UTC +8) on August 4, 2023: AVAX/USDT, BCH/USDT, LINK/USDT, LTC/USDT, and DOT/USDT. All outstanding orders will be automatically canceled. We suggest that you complete all trades prior to this date.
(3) Withdrawal availability: Withdrawals for these tokens will continue to be available until 20:00 (UTC +8) on August 31, 2023.
2. Fees Adjustment
The updated fee structure will take effect in mid-September this year. Details will be provided in a separate announcement. Here's a summary of the tentative fee adjustment:
Trading Fees
The Maker / Taker fee will be adjusted from 0.10% to 0.50%.

3. Deposit Address Renewal
In our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and increase security, we will be renewing wallet addresses for each token. The wallet renewal date and further details will be announced shortly in a separate announcement.
During the wallet renewal process, the existing wallet address will be replaced with a new one. The Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and TetherUS (USDT) holdings will remain unaffected, but any delisted assets in the expired deposit address will be lost.
After the wallet renewal is complete, follow these steps to obtain your new deposit address:
- Log in to your HKVAEX account
- Click [Wallet] - [Deposit]
- Select the virtual assets and network to reveal the new deposit address
Once you have the new deposit address, remember to update your whitelisted wallet address details to ensure continued, secure access to our services. To prevent any losses, please refrain from sending deposits to your expired wallet address.
